หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Ensure staff to follow day-to-day jobs in the department guideline and complied all the control steps
- Assistant Senior Manager for day-to-day activities
- Plan and forecast promotion items and ensure service level
- Encourage good communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Continuously sourcing new suppliers and develop product assortment to maintain market lead
- Comply/ perform with department and company goals
- Purchase prices and cost assessment
- Take front line decision making when Senior Manager absence
- Coordinate with R&D team for new product tasting
- Joint visit to supplies by cooperated with QM
- Persuade suppliers to support promotion and create market strategy (year plans)
- Recommend Plan-O-Gram by product group for new stores
- Visit stores to solve problem
- Perform other tasks assign by Department Head as well as assist in general matters related to department when required

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Thai nationality, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience as Buyer in retail business preferably in - Fresh Food product (Butchery, Meat, Seafood, Fruit, Vegetable)
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making
- Able to work independently
- Good command in Thai & English and computer literacy
- Based at Head Office (Rajadamri Road)
