หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• To monitoring jobs and support business user
• Support in developing all members under the Production Support team
• Commit and deliver accordingly to SLA for System performance
• Commit and deliver accordingly to SLA for System availability
• Support production incident and problem as per defined management process
• Work with user and production support lead on Presentation to propose solution for fix data issue
• Provide help and support or suggestion to business user about Data warehouse
• Provide help and support or suggestion to business user of SAP Business Object BI
• Provide data or information support ad-hoc request from business user

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science , Computer Engineer or any related fields
• At least 3-5 year work experiences in Oracle Developer or Production Support Developer
• Good understanding on Oracle Procedure , Function , View , Materialized view , trigger
• Fast learner on Database tables structure design and how they are related
• Knowledge on statement or database tuning is an advantage
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in PL/SQL for Programmer
• Data warehouse experience
