หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
-คุ้มลูกน้องประมาณ10-20 คน
-รายงานตรงกับทางนายไต้หวัน สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ถ้าได้ภาษาจีนจะดีมาก
-มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
1. Managing the policy of quality assurance and quality control, investigating and setting standards for quality
2. Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
3. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
4. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
5. Lead Quality System activities Ex. internal/ external audit
6. All product test result such as ROHS or Customer requirement. Incoming, inprocess,out going document.
7. KPI and Action plan
8. WI,SOP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,APQP,PSW,Document
9. control,specification,Internal Audit such as TS16949,9001,14001.
10. Tooling Caribration - Improve process for Quality stable.

3. มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิคส์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี / มีความรู้ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (HSK5-6)
5. สามารถควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
6. รับแรงกดดันได้ดี
