หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Gather the user requirements and documentation.
- To understand business requirement and deliver appropriate solutions with proper implementation.
- Capable to analyze and identify the gap from existing process and recommend the best business practice.
- Assist department manager to create detail business objectives and users’ agreed plan
- Transform business requirements to appropriate application functions.
- Develop Business Specification Requirement for any application modifications.
- Perform UAT environment, Prepare Test plan and Test case.
- To follow up and update project status and solve problem during implementation.

- Good general insurance operation background
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in business / system analyst
- Able to arrange the document as Functional Specification and user manual
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
