หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Define and implement sales strategies for Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade (TT) channels to align with company goals, aiming to increase sales and market share.
• 2) Lead and manage MT & TT sales teams, including performance evaluation, coaching, and development to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• 3) Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and major retail partners in the Modern Trade channel.
• 4) Negotiate trading terms and co-develop trade marketing activities with customers to enhance product visibility and distribution efficiency. Coordinate with marketing and management teams to set pricing policies, promotions, and trade budgets.
• 5) Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends. Prepare reports and propose strategic plans to drive sustainable business growth.
• 6) Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• - At least 8–15 years of experience in sales and team management in both MT and TT channels, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• - Experience in managing key accounts and negotiating with major retailers.
• - Strong knowledge of sales strategy development, category management, and sales data analysis.
• - Understanding of Supply Chain process, Promotion management, and working with strategic customers.
• - Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• - Strong leadership with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performance teams.
• - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• - Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• - Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• - Good command of English for business communication.
