หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently and reduce unexpected breakdowns
• Perform scheduled service maintenance to address wear and tear and keep machines in optimal condition.
• Create work instruction, Total Productive Maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as equipment suppliers and contractors, to support production goals.
• Provide training to machine operators on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Stay updated on technological advancements in machine maintenance and apply relevant innovations.
• 5S and Safety work.
• Observe safety, cleanroom, and ESD protocols

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• High Vocational Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, (Preferred) .
• 1-3 years Work experiences in Functional test.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance or a similar role
• Knowledge of electronic circuit, Optical fibers and connectors, Passive optical components.
• Experience in basic knowledge in programing language.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Familiar with cleanroom and ESD protocols.
• Prosses strong Interpersonal and Teamwork skills to work effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.
• General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Must be able to work shift.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
