หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze current production processes, identify bottlenecks and waste, and propose improvement solutions.
• Design and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen projects.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management, to drive the implementation of improvement projects.
• Optimize work standards using methods such as time studies and motion studies.
• Use lean manufacturing tools for process improvement.
• Develop standard time, takt time, and capacity models.
• Lead factory layout planning, line balancing, and automation solution design.
• Participate in the selection and process validation of new equipment to ensure it meets company production needs.
• Assist in training and supporting employees on new technologies and processes
• Complete tasks temporarily assigned by superiors

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Associate's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with experience in air filters or automotive parts (air conditioning filters) preferred.
• Proficient in IE tools (such as MTM, SWOT analysis, Value Stream Mapping, VSM), experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Possess strong data analysis skills (such as Minitab, Excel, etc.) and experience using relevant software (such as CAD, SW, CATIA, etc.).
• Clear logic, strong problem-solving skills; strong teamwork and communication abilities.
