หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Overseeing the structural design process for a range of projects.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Providing strategic direction and guidance to the structural design team.
• Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with clients, contractors and stakeholders to address design-related concerns.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering design, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good command in English in both non-verbal and verbal.
• Proficient in the use of structural design software and analysis tools.
• Computer Knowledge : MS office, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAADPro
• Understanding of construction permit application processes.
