1. Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualification in mechanical or civil engineering.
2. At least 10 years of experience in related industry, 5 years in Maintenance operation and management.
3. Strong knowledge in mechanical and civil maintenance and technology,Experience in Mass Transit is an advantage.
4. Be able to use Auto cad.
5. Strong leadership skill(supervising, coaching, analysis and problem solving) and good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Have knowledge and experience of5S, Safety Management Level , Kaizen activity is preferable.
Good command of English.
