หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Responsible for hunting Key Account-to-be sellers by educating the COMPANY SHOPPING features and offering seller package to onboard
-Identify channel for seeking potential sellers from various channels such as social media, e-marketplace platform and etc.
-Building/defining customized negotiation/pitching strategy with the key sellers/brands they will acquire
-Educate and incubate the newly acquired sellers to ensure the potential growth to achieve target GMV within certain months
-A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive revenue and smooth operation
-In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers. Have basic analysis skills to track seller MOM performance and be able to propose execution ideas to help increase sales
-Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each account.

-Contract 12 months
-Work days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
-Location: Gaysorn Tower, Bangkok (BTS Chid Lom) - สลับทำงานที่บ้านและเข้าออฟฟิศ
- Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 THB./month (based on skills & experience)
- Benefit: based on Thai Labor Law

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-0-2 years of working experience in any related fields of e-commerce, or trade marketing in FMCG
-Direct experience in seller incubation role in e-commerce is a plus
-Strong problem-solving skills with proven analytical and structured thinking skills
-Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
