หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities
• Assist Campaign Planning Manager in developing comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with E-Commerce team’s goals.
• Create campaign plan including identifying target audience, campaign mechanic, communication strategy, media plan usage, and project timeline to achieve the assigned targets e.g., the number of active sellers, feature adoption rate, number of orders, etc.
• Contribute to target audience analysis and persona development for effective campaign targeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Content, Display and Online Merchandising, Merchant Management, Service Experiences, Product Owner and other related teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time.
• Proactively monitor and analyse of campaign performance against set KPIs including generating comprehensive reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
• Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing, or Campaign Planning for an e-commerce platform, online/digital department of brand, Media & Creative Agency, or SME/SMB department.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and social media.
• Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (related to campaign schedule).
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service-mindedness.

Program Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Ability to query data from database and knowledge in SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design programs and social media management platforms is a plus.
