หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate, contact, make appointments Organize sales team meetings and take care of the sales
department's work schedule
• Coordinate with internal and external departments (e.g. accounting department, legal department, etc.)
• Welcoming and presenting basic sales information to customers who walk-in or telephone to
• Ask for information about the area for sale.
• Check the progress of sales closing areas, prepare monthly reports and prepare
• Annual report (board meeting)
• Prepare and review Non-fuel retail LOI/lease/service agreement
• Renew service agreement
• Coordinate on store opening plan preparation
• Prepare support documents for registrations, permits and taxes
• Billing Rental, Service, Utilities and follow up
• Monthly retailer invoices, Monthly retailer credit notes, monthly partner debit note
• Reclass file from SAP system, monthly reclass file preparation and approval to supervisor
• Prepare PR/PO, SR/SO for partners and suppliers
