หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting solutions, testing, system implementation, and training.
- Liaises with the business community to understand business processes and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.
- Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design.
- Create and maintain necessary project documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.
- Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.
- Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT teams worldwide.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly
- Can work independently and require less supervision
- Takes initiative and keen to learn new system concepts
- Knowledge and experience with full system development life cycle
- Willing and able to travel when needed
- Willing to keep up to date with developments in technology
- Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years working experience in either IT/Engineering field in an Electronics Manufacturing industry; Or experience in Project Management/System Analyst/Business Analyst role preferably in a software development company
