หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- to provide technical support for customers' systems
- to fix resolvable technical issues (depending on the levels)
- track and record incidents reported from the customers (end users of the sytems)
- communicate with the customers and understand the issues
- explain the situation from technical point of view to the customers and advise for the next steps
- if the issue level is resolvable by yourself, step in and fix the system programming (basically by Java)
- always think about optimization and automation of the tasks in order to reduce the manual jobs and increase the productivity
*types of system can be various; some pacakage system to customized systems depending on the customers
