Position: Call Center Thai Speaking
Salary: THB 16K with other allowances (see below)
English Skill: TOEIC Score 550+, Language allowances (3,000 THB)
Headcount: Estimation 40 HC (Call Thai x 20 / Call English x 20
Time frame: ASAP (due to high turn over after merging credit card business between SCB and Card X)
Shift: 3 shifts 1) 6:30am-3:00pm 2) 1:00pm-10:30pm 3) 8:00pm-5:00am (การเข้ากะจะถัดไปทุกครึ่งชั่วโมง)
Work date: 5 days a week
Must have: minimum 1 year of working experience
Starting date: Expectation 2 May 2022
