• Support customers in terms of systems and software
• Support Sales team in terms of software
• Take care about barcode scanners and software
• Visiting customers and proposing system solutions to solve problems
• Liaise with a variety of different teams such as clients, vendors, management, and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of a system
• Design Label from software
• Write software specification documents

MUST
• Bachelor's Degree in IT related fields
• 1 – 4 Experience in System Engineer/presales/Technical support
• Knowledge of basic networking systems
• Experience in database design, analysis and good algorithm, able to design the system and development
• Understanding of basic programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, etc.
• Able to read, speak and write English (Equivalent to TOEIC 550 up)
• Must own car and license
GOOD TO HAVE:
• Have working experiences or knowledge of printer or barcode scanner
