• Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs that address the specific needs of various roles within the organization, including sales, customer service, operations, and leadership development.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs through ongoing assessment and analysis of employee performance.
• Collaborate with department managers and HR to create individualized training plans for employees at all levels, including onboarding, job-specific skills, and leadership development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Lead and support talent management efforts, including talent identification, development, and retention strategies.
• Implement and manage succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, talent management, and succession planning.

MUST
• 5+ years of training and development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs for various levels of employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Good Command of English.
