•To check a pearl hole, blemish
-If a pearl hole is smaller than regulation, adjust the pearl hole.
-If there is a blemish like unusable as our quality, confirm or request a replacement to Japan.
•Pearl setting
-to set the pearl to a main part.
-clean up
•after fixing, confirm the glue.
•pearl staff record a product which was set a pearl by one's self.
*Training program in Japan for 6 months (in some cases up to 12 months)
