หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure daily production is ran efficiently through different departments
• Consult and review all incoming orders and prepare technical needs
• Find efficient ways to streamline production
• Liaison between client and production team
• Plan production calendar and confirm customer requests
• Follow up with department supervisors for updates as well as problems

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Gemology or any related field
• At least 3 years working experience in similar role
• Understanding of fine jewelry repair, construction and standards with an eye for quality control
• Familiar with CAD (to evaluate, not create)
• Proactive personality with a positive and solutions oriented mentality
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of power point and excel
• Team-oriented and communication skills
• Good command of English communication
