หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Accountability of Managing IT Operation such as helpdesk, incident and problem management aligned with IT SLA. ITIL methodology is a must to perform this role.
-Develop IT Operation policies, process and procedures documentation and provide internal training to impacted end users Monitor security score/KPI, and manage mitigation with other IT functions for all security finding from audit and security assessment.
-Monitor and work with EA team for company networks and servers (Cloud/on Premises)
-Be Administrator of Microsoft 365, server, database, web hosting, and other infrastructure devices after it move to production level.
-Monitor and Maintain Backup process, Disaster recovery plan, and restoration.
-Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
-Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via EUX staffs or directly support to Executive positions
-Manage vendor/supplier who provide system and security services and perform vendor assessment with EA team
-Support Risk mitigation which related to end users and be Point of contact for IT communication to end users
-Act as trainer or IT Speaker for Microsoft 365, IT security awareness, and other end users IT skills course.
-Manage and plan for IT Inventory (Hardware and software) purchasing plus budget setup and control.
-Drive ISO 27001 with EA team
-Perform duty per supervisor's assignment.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, ICT or related field..
Able to communicate in English.
Proven experience as IT operation management with more than 8 years experiences in the field
Experienced in IT Service Management, outsource management and operation management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized and well-planned project management skills.
Interesting in new Technologies
Very Strong hand on experiences in implementing and maintaining M365 platform. This is a must. Experience in IT security and system in managing Firewall and network (Prisma access, Cisco Meraki and Fortigate)
ITIL Certified is required and Strong understanding of Helpdesk and Customer Relations Support systems (FreshServices)
Understand and experience in various new technology (e.g. iOT, RPA, ML, Big Data)
Can develop Power platform such as Microsoft form, Power automate or SharePoint will be highly consideration.
Experience in SAP infrastructure (SAP BASIS) will be a plus
Analytical and problem management skills is very important for this role
