หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Research and curate relevant articles, videos, infographics, and AI-powered learning resources.
• Create original content (e.g., microlearning posts, short videos, interactive quizzes) tailored for internal learning platforms.
• Write compelling captions and summaries to attract attention and drive engagement.
• Design visually appealing presentations and digital assets using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or GenAI platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for Knowledge Management events in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and engagement activities such as learning festivals, appreciation events, etc.
