หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Design and implement test plans for insurance systems, integrating AI-powered testing tools to automate and accelerate the QA lifecycle.
  • Verify the accuracy and reliability of AI/Machine Learning outputs (e.g., claims automation, risk scoring) against business rules.
  • Develop automated test scripts and perform manual functional testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tracking tools, working closely with BAs and Developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Validate the integrity and quality of datasets used for training and testing AI models within the insurance context.

  • Familiarity with using Generative AI (e.g., for test case generation) or AI-based automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle. Experience in API Testing and Regression Testing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a "think like a user" mindset.
