หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Collect needs or problems that occur with the current system.
- Design and develop a system to meet the needs of users.
- Control development or improve various systems to meet the standards.
- Fix problems in using the system for users and control the storage of documentation for system troubleshooting.
- Follow up on the use of the system in various fields such as controlling the number of licenses used in each system, etc.
- Meeting to summarize the requirements and guidelines for system development with related parties
- Track changes in the structure and organizational policies that may affect the operation of the system and presenting guidelines for improving the system to be ready for use.
- Provide advice on how to use the system to users and coordinate in organizing training By teaching the system to users.
- Control ,supervise and follow up on the use of the system after training.

- Using advanced software packages such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, POS, Food Court, Parking, etc.
- Experience in advance programming such as PHP, ASP.NET, SQL etc.
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS, SQL, MySQL etc.
