หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Position: Business Development Executive

Reports to: Sales Director

Purpose:
• To build company portfolio by acquiring new business; focusing on individual and group health insurance

Principal accountabilities:

• Manage and strengthen distribution channels; mainly via intermediaries (e.g. brokers)
• Provide regular support and training for intermediaries (e.g. brokers, agents)
• Conduct regular visits to intermediaries in Bangkok and Upcountry
• Seek out new business opportunities across distribution channels
• Close new business by coordinating client’s requirements; developing business proposals; integrating contract requirements with partners and business operations;
• Manage current products and develop new insurance solutions; working closely with partners and internal business operations
• Create business plan to align with the company’s goals; implement, monitor and periodically evaluate the business plan
• Carry out assigned tasks by the Director as deemed required necessary to develop new business opportunity; liaise with internal and external contributors, implement, monitor and get periodical update status for review with team member as well as report to the General Manager;
• Ensure smooth operation workflow between the company and business partners.

Job specifications:

Educational background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Professional experience:
• Health insurance or related business experience.

Skills& Abilities:

• Knowledge of health insurance
• Able to communicate fluently in Thai and English (additional language skills a plus)
• Managerial aptitude and leadership ability ;
• Sound judgment and able to analyze and prioritize assignments ;
• Good organizational skills;
• High tolerance to pressure;
• Result-oriented focus;
• Highly customer-oriented ;
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
