The 'Gateway to MARS' Program is designed to give you the best possible business and managerial skill development to become a future business manager of the corporation. Your expertise and personal development will be enhanced through cross-functional assignments.

The program includes:-

A thorough introduction to Mars business, with hands-on experience
Project assignments in different positions to develop an understanding of how the business and Mars work
Tailored selection of training programs, assigned as appropriate to consolidate your knowledge and support the experience gained from project assignments
Regular support and ongoing coaching from line manager and business mentor
An opportunity to demonstrate your talent, intellect, energy and passion to grow with our organization

• High learning agility


• Good command of English

• January 20th, 2012: Submission Date


• January 29th , 2012: 'Gateway Open House' + Paper Test


• February 4th - 5th,  2012:  1st Assessment Center  @ Bangkok Office


• February 17th- 19th, 2012: 2nd Assessment Center (Gateway Camp) @ Pakchong Factory
