หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Perform Daily Administrative Tasks for B2C E-Commerce Platforms
- Manage and process daily incoming orders, verify product accuracy, input information into the system for shipping, and prepare shipments for afternoon delivery.
- Serve as the main coordinator for delivery companies and the Thai Postal Company to ensure timely arrival of goods at each vendor's warehouse or delivery to end retail consumers in their respective countries as per the schedule.
- DPOST shipment management and follow up.
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver pre- and post-sales support across diverse B2C e-commerce platforms.

Accounting/Finance Department Support
Sales and Revenue Documentation Recording and Tracking
- Assist the Finance Department in documenting and tracking all necessary records for recording sales and revenues.
- Issue and deliver monthly financial documents and spreadsheet as required by Finance. Record all shipment information in ERP system, including issuing Credit Note in the case of Return/Refund from clients or Vendors
- Create Sales Order (SO)/Purchase Order (PO)
- Create Invoice, Credit Note

Monitoring Inventory
- Verify stock quantities on our online e-commerce platforms to synchronize with the actual product stock on hand.
- Initiate production/restock orders and dispatch inventory to the warehouse for the designated selling channels.

Verification of Documents and Invoices
- Reviewing department documents before seeking approval from the manager, including subcontractor bills and freelance bills.

4. Able to communicate English (Speaking, writing, listening)
