หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales Planning and Execution: Strategize and drive export sales performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a primary focus on market expansion within designated target regions.
• New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential business partners, including distributors, importers, and major key accounts in overseas markets to expand the customer base.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends (specifically Pet Humanization), competitor activities, and market demands for pharmaceuticals and pet food in each country to align product offerings with target demographics.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Negotiate commercial terms and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction and generate recurring orders.
• Product Registration and Compliance: Collaborate closely with R&D and Regulatory Affairs departments to prepare necessary documentation for pharmaceutical or pet food registration in compliance with the laws of destination countries
• Trade Show Participation: Plan and participate in international trade exhibitions (e.g., Interzoo, CIPS) to showcase products and establish professional networks.
• Documentation Verification: Verify the accuracy of export documentation (e.g., Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) and regulatory certificates (e.g., Health Certificate, Free Sale Certificate, Certificate of Analysis).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production and Logistics departments to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods in adherence to agreed Incoterms.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Marketing, or related fields. (A degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science will be given special consideration/is highly advantageous.)
• experience 2-5 years in Export Sales. (Prior experience in FMCG, Pet Food, or Pharmaceutical industries is a distinct advantage.)
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation capabilities and excellent presentation skills.
