หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•PM/BA role for Application Development.
•Manage Quality, Cost and Delivery during Application Development Project.
•Communicate with customer for Requirement Definition, Design Review, Test Case Review and any kind of Report.
•Requirement and Design Explanation to Developer.
•Coordinate Project in Multi-Language (JP, EN).

• Experience at least 5 - 25 years of experience
•Must) Application development experience, more than 3 years.
•Must) Application development team leader experience.
•Better) Application development project management experience.
•Better) Working experience in Japanese company.
•Must) Development Skill of Business Application (Web and Mobile Application).
•Must) Management Skill of Application Development.
•Must) Native Japanese speaker, Business Level in English language (TOEIC 730 or above)
•Better) Understanding Project Management Method in Application Development (Waterfall and Agile).
•Excellent in Japanese & Good command in English.
•Good logical thinking, Business Planning and Sales Strategy Planning Skill.
•Good communication and negotiation skill
•Good Management skill and service mind.
•Good presentation skill.
•Good problem solving and Initiative.
