เวลาทำงานอื่น : Fixed Working Hours เข้างานได้ตั้งแต่ 7.00-10.00 น. (หลัง 10.00 ถือว่าสาย) ในแต่ละวัน เข้ากี่โมงก็ได้ ทำให้ครบชั่วโมงทำงาน เช่น เข้า 7.00 เลิก 16.30 น.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the sales team in responding to chats. and take care of customers in terms of taking care of claims and other matters that customers want to know, such as warranties, product information, etc.
• Coordinate and receive product claims from customers. To forward it to the technician team for checking.
• Coordinate the return of products to customers in each case.
• Prepare inventory for every platform channel. Send to the warehouse to deliver to customers.
• Coordinate with partners to make documents for exchanging goods between each other
• Coordinate with various teams within the company, such as requesting product stock and preparing documents such as tax invoices, etc.
• Coordinating with transport companies to delivering products (claims / repairs and sending products for promotion)
• Prepare a summary report each week for management. and related teams for the number of products claimed by customers
• Upsell /Cross sell and close sell with end customer by creates and Confirm artwork for all order logo printing

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Over 1 years of experience in customer service positions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketplace and social media operation
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, Excel etc.
• The ability to control emotions effectively
• Good effective conversation skills
