หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Incident Management – Act as single point of liaison to end users, and provide oversight for incident and service request for the site.
• Hands-on L1 support for EUC, infrastructure, network and global applications, including remote troubleshooting and support.
• Assess reported issues and work directly with company SME for escalation and timely issue resolution.
• Effectively communication to users and escalation to company SME
• Follow established processes as defined by company.
• Perform break/fix and/or IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) related tasks as assigned.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for any hardware and OEM support required.
• Create and submit detailed logs documenting interactions to be inclusive of accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
• Participate and support any IT projects driven by company.
• Problem Management – Engage with SME team and follow up on root cause analysis, analysis of trends, and recommendations to improve and stabilize the solution.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identifies, recommends and coordinates user training programs to increase computer literacy and self-sufficiency.
• Effectively manage hardware and software asset inventory and life cycle management (LCM).
• Provide an effective Onboarding and offboarding program for employee.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Major in Information Technology is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years IT support experience.
• Experience in site infrastructure support and end user supports environment.
• Demonstrates excellence communication and supports behavior.
• Able to perform intermediate level of IT infrastructure and equipment troubleshooting.
• Able to coordinate with vendor, SME and virtual team for diagnostic and resolving problems.
• Hands-on experience in performing IT infra and network testing.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and either resolve or escalate to appropriate levels for resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.
• Good command of English & Thai (speaking and writing skill is a must).
