หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Reviewing & understanding exact customer inquiries and specifications for Water & Wastewater Treatment projects and provide a compliant system design description.
• Respond to client's needs with a well-written proposal for complete water treatment capital equipment and systems while balancing the technical and commercial pros and cons of the various treatment options.
• Design customized Water & Waste Water Treatment Solutions considering factors such as process efficiency, performance, environmental compliance, and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), equipment specifications, and technical proposals
• Performing calculations for system design which may include mass balance, operating cost, ROI calculations and other related work.
• Work with internal team & provide detailed cost estimates for proposed equipment/project/chemical treatment program that takes into consideration client's specifications and needs.
• Creating vendor inquiry packages to obtain project related pricing when required.
• Managing bid submissions to the sales team, ensuring cost accuracy and full compliance with contractual requirements at the lowest possible cost.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams during client presentations, ensuring clear and accurate communication of technical information
. Liaising between various departments (cross-functional team) including engineering, project management, purchasing and contractors for technical assistance in developing designs and processes.
• Providing prompt, appropriate, and accurate responses to internal and external customers.
• Research, develop, and implement solutions for new products and for improvements of existing products.
• Develop and implement systems testing and validation protocols. Ability to conduct jar tests at site on raw and waste waters with variety of coagulants and flocculants will be of major advantage
• See the big picture for each proposal such that a greater understanding of the client's need for our product is realized. Envision additional ways our products and services or other RCL division's products and services could be exploited and suggest those to the client.
• Perform other related duties as required. Ability to travel domestically to sites
