หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Focus on all customers and to provide commercial and technical support for food ingredients range.
To have good networking skills at senior level contacts with suppliers.
Co-ordination with suppliers and sales.
Responsible for development and product promotion.
Identification of potential customers through personal contacts / website / marketing intelligence.
Co-ordinate for various event / technical seminars for business promotion.
Make Quarterly / yearly presentation and Sales reports as per customer /supplier & Management requirement.
Develop business plan and sales strategy on the market to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.
Close rapport with R &D personnel, commercial people and customer, building long term relationships.

Qualifications
1. Dedicated, trustworthy, flexible, adaptable and open to new ideas, pleasant personality
• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Knowledge of food ingredients, food & beverage and industries at least 6-8 years.
• Strategic market analysis capabilities and through knowledge of technical sales requirements.
• Must be a highly driven sales target individual with good track record in leadership role to apply and execute all duties in the role.
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Energetic and positive thinking with problem solving and ability to handle pressure.
• Highly motivated, committed; enthusiastic and self-driven to deliver exceptional results
• Able to quickly establish trust and develop quality relationships
• Engaging interpersonal, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• If experienced in the industry: Beverage, Flavor, Dairy, Bakery, will be an advantage
