หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Working closely with the sales and marketing director to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM.
2. Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and efficient sales process.
3. Analysis of the current CRM and ensuring it’s fit for purpose and the goals of the organization.
4. Define requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure.
5. Making sure the CRM is customer focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales and distribution.
6. Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.
7. Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.
8. Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
9. Ensure return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics.
10. Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Age between 25 to 35 years old;
2. Bachelor or higher Degree in business/marketing or other related field;
3. Previous experience in similar Head Of CRM role in real estate industry;
4. Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems.
5. Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
