หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

MAIN PURPOSE
Senior Procure to Pay Specialist (P2P) operates and manages every oversea transaction and add it to the client's general ledger. Also providing support to the outsourced Accounts Payable services and handling retained organizations AP functions to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and proper disbursements. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities/operations of the accounts payable function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily record, review and validation of general ledger accounts and purchase orders.
• Operate & Review daily inventory movements between purchase orders, work-in-progress (WIP) & inventory and explain important variances.
• Operate &Review inventory costing and cost of goods of sold
• Operate &Review all jobs to ensure that reasonable costs exist for prep time, press time, finishing, shipping, plates and outside work
• Operate &Review W.I.P. inventory, monthly, for all dockets
• Maintain control over inventory quantities at two locations, including working with operations and warehouse team to participate in cycle counting process
• Conduct inventory control audits, variance analysis, charge-backs and physical inventory count reconciliations
• Performed any duties/projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• At least 5 years in Corporate finance, controller, audit, or operational FP&A at a large organization and minimum 2 years in Senior level.
• Strong understanding of accounting under GAAP and cost accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills in sales forecasting, pricing, capital investments.
• Good team player, detailed oriented and have proven project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and creatively bringing issues to resolution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS office. Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Good command in English.
