หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Provide regular Instore training ex. product knowledge / Make up skills and selling technique.
- Improve training effectiveness by develop new approach and various technique to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support the implementation of all coaching and training related activities in counters and provide highest level of customer service.
- Work to enhance and refine the ability of BC to reach, develop and expand customer relations in new ways to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring number of new customer and revisit rate including sale per transaction.
- Provide detailed recaps for all store visits and work with Counter Chief to develop action plan based on marketing plan and store situation.
- Support counter activity on daily basis as well as special event ex .Yutaka Express , One on One work shop or any assignment.
- Giving advice and suggestion all issue related to Product and consumer to find best solution for the team.
- Analyze and regularly report to Training Manager on Beauty Consultant performance, store situation and competitor movement.
- Counter visit to checking, follow up and evaluate for all counter practices – selling technique, service skill, counter cleanliness include counter display, supervise BA’ personality and behavior.
- Other assignments from Training manager.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- At least 2 years’ experience as Field Trainer or similar capacity handling Skincare, Beauty,Cosmetics, products.
- Knowledge in make-up a(product/trend/theory/color), skincare application is a must.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English communication is preferable.
- Good personality.
- Computer Skills ex. excels and power point presentation.

Work Schedule
- A field trainer needs to work along with the Training Manager and Training team to support the training needs.
- 6 days working.
- Responsible in 10 Key counters.
