หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Delivers change.
- Support and execute People Plan with effective project management skills.
- Handling effective employee relation to ensure a high degree of employee engagement and to prevent an unnecessary labor issue.

- Making decisions for our customers
- Manage talent supply both internal and external process for our customers by aligning recruitment plan to operation requirement and reduce our colleagues’ turn over with effective hiring approach
- Ensure new comer receive the right development and fully on-board with necessary skills
- Be a facilitator to deal with EWC/ JWC and ensure all decision making is a mutual benefit for our colleagues and customers
- Support our managers to improve absence of our colleagues and reinforce coaching and disciplinary action if necessary
- Ensure labor standard is applied and implement disciplinary action when need
- Leading and developing the team:
- Trains and coaches Personnel Team to have an up-to date employment law and labor standard practice.
- Monitors the work of performance management is consistently applied
- Values- led leadership:
- Creates a positive environment in Personnel Team with “Can do” attitude.
- Be a role model and live the Tesco values to colleagues in DC
