หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1) Cooperate with concerned department to ensure proper marketing strategies and brand use.
2) Support and assist management in the development and organization of the logistic, marketing and promotion of its retail.
3) Plan actions in order to promote outlets and increase turnover and attendance as well as forecast and plan marketing and sales promotion on a yearly basis.
4) Take care outlet operation: how to improve the look of our shop in term of Operation, marketing, display and decoration.
5) Survey outlets in order to get feedbacks (both staff and customers) and implement new strategies if needed and present survey results and by-outlet reports- advise for actions.
6) Coordinate with Marketing department for strategic marketing plan emphasizing the relevance of the support aspect to the Outlet operation.
7) Draw up, coordinate and follow up to make sure Outlet Operating procedure with the assistance of our Quality Assurance.
8) To lead and motivate the teams to achieve peak performance and specified target monthly.
9) Participate booth exhibition and catering event if any
10) To organize outlet manager monthly meeting.
11) To coordinate with all departments concerned to ensure work flow and not delay any work such as to follow up with maintenance department to repair any equipment in good order and condition.
12) Standardize Folies Outlet to get Service standard, uniform, how to take cake customerTo check food to reach standard (Bread not too dark, not too pale. Shop atmosphere and all equipment in good order and condition
13)To report and forecast Food cost, labour cost and optimize
14) Audit and fill the form such as what wrong, what corrective action to follow the GMP, HACCP and ISO.
15) To solve any problem to not let the problem such as Computer does not work. Work as the guideline of Franchise Book. Forecast problem and do preventive action.
16) To present operational Action plan such as what problem, solution and finished date
17) To train instantly to improve operation staff.
