หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job purpose

To perform the optimization tasks to improve drive test/walk test KPI and OSS KPI for both outdoor and indoor sites.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for RF optimization of outdoor and indoor for GSM, UMTS and LTE networks, which includes frequency/neighbor planning, parameter tuning (BTS, Node B, eNode B and Repeater)
• Perform SSV/SSOA/Cluster/Area tuning acceptance report and present to customer
• Responsible for analyzing drive test/walk test data and OSS statistics to fix issues as they arise and making recommendations for further improvements to meet GSM, UMTS and LTE networks Key Performance Index (KPI)
• Solving external interference and customer complaint issues. And also support any special events requested by customer
• Timely submission of all project’s related reports


Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or other equivalent fields.
• Preferably at least 5 years working experience in outdoor and in-building optimization. Deep technical knowledge of GSM, UMTS, and LTE Mobile Telecommunication is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of drive test tool and post-processing tool such as Nemo Outdoor, Nemo Analyze, TEMS, Actix and MapInfo.
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill. English will be an advantage.
• Be able to work overtime. Able to travel and work in upcountry.
