หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Manage and control overall HR Functions both HRD & HRM.
- Drive and communicate the organization's policies and core values to employees to understand in the same direction.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative to align with the organization's policies, goals, and direction.
- Implement systems for managing various aspects of human resources, including career path, compensation structures and performance management.
- Ensure and manage operations in compliance with certified standard in ISO 9001:2015.
- Supervise, oversee, provide guidance, and advise subordinates in their work to align with set goals and plans.
- Coach, train and develop the capabilities of subordinates to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills.
- Manage and control Labor relations to build good relationships within the organization.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male or Female, Thai Nationality between over 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field
- 3 years over of working experience as HR manager is advantage
- 7 years over of working experience in HR field
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Experience in Freight Forwarder is an advantage.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good Command in English skills
