ABOUT MEINHARDT (THAILAND) LTD.

We established in 1991 after successfully working in several major projects in the 1980s. The Thailand office provides engineering consultancy services in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary, Façade, Lighting, Traffic Engineering, and Building Physics. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Liaise with Director and other discipline leaders to set up design standards, master specification, and standards for document for the electrical department.
• Check and monitor project work for the electrical discipline to ensure quality and consistency across the electrical department.
• Conduct design review/peer review for electrical design at project milestones.
• Consult and advise designers on technical matters.
• Act as lead electrical designer on key projects.
• Maintain the technical E-Library and Catalogue E-Library for your discipline.
• Conduct R&D for continuous improvement using new design methods, tools, and technologies.
• Organise and monitor the education and training of electrical staff in the electrical department.
• Conduct monthly discipline meetings and record proceedings.
• Monitor performance and adequacy of each engineer for pay rise/promotion evaluation that is done jointly by Team Leader/Discipline Leader.
• Assist the recruitment of engineers for electrical discipline.
