หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage BIM models and BIM information for engineering projects in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary BIM projects with different task team, including architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure systems, etc.
• Perform model quality checking, clash detection, and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts and deliver good products.
• Assist in the preparation and management of BIM documents as per ISO19650 including BIM execution plan, TIDP, Model responsibility metrics, BIM standards, and digital workflows.
• Support project teams in utilising BIM processes and digital engineering tools.
• Maintain model data integrity and version control throughout project stages.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
• Participate or Lead in BIM coordination meetings and project discussions, presenting project dashboard to the project team including client.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in BIM modeling, digital engineering, or BIM coordination, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Experience working on building or infrastructure projects using BIM methodologies.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, model coordination processes, and digital project workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM collaboration platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model management, and digital project delivery processes
