หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Lead and drive sourcing strategy/plans, identification of business requirements, supplier tender processes and supplier contracts finalization to ensure sourcing of suppliers who can meet business needs, as well as leading the improvement of overall manufacturing lead times and ordering quantity minimums.
- Ensure consistent quality, integrity and compliance of raw materials, vendors source and finished products to internal, customer and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibility:
• Oversee all key sourcing activities achievement within key date with adhere to finished goods target delivery date to DC and ensure timely communication from sourcing to stakeholders such as merchandise, suppliers, inventory management inbound, production, etc.
• Develop the sourcing framework/strategy and drive sourcing plans that will result in cost savings/greater efficiencies/economies of scale/higher quality product sand reduced wastage.
• Lead strategic negotiations with key potential suppliers to facilitate the determination of best pricing, payment terms, etc.
• Oversee the general market research and survey for potential suppliers and preliminary supplier analysis for the tender process in line with the requirements for regulated markets (e.g. European Union, Japan, South East-Asia, etc.)
• Anticipate future demand of raw materials and capacity volume based on current sales trend and business plan, timely advise the sourcing plan to align with the demand and ensure communication from sourcing to all stakeholders.
• Based on market survey, build and regularly update the sourcing catalog including potential suppliers, raw materials, price sheet that can be used by merchandise department.
•Advise on alternative sourcing approaches and communicate sourcing plans/progress to internal stakeholders as part of stakeholder management.
• Advise on alternative, new or trending raw materials to merchandise team that will result in cost savings, shorter manufacturing lead time, higher quality, trending look and feel products.
• Monthly reviewing the materials previously used and supplier service level. identifying areas for improvement in cost, quality and on time delivery.
• Monitor raw materials stock on hand movement, eliminate aging, ensure that the inventory volume and month cover is within the target.
• Ensure that the entire sourcing chain is aligned to Brand’s, DKSH’s quality assurance, health & safety & environment policy and local regulatory guidelines.
• Provide direction on the overall supplier tender process, evaluate and shortlist suppliers according to specific standards (e.g.ISO), manufacturing practices and ethical business practices and also ensure that all factories meet certification or standards as defined by licensee contracts, or by international standards and laws.
• Lead key conversations on claim resolutions. Support Quality Assurance, Merchandise, Operations and Marketing in anticipating and providing solutions to potential liabilities and financial exposure.
