Thana City Country Club is a residential and lifestyle community with golf, sports and pre-opening of the hotel – Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok with hospitality facilities located in Bang-na Trad (K.M 14), 15 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Thana City is a location of choice for all age groups to live and enjoy exceptional lifestyle facilities.
We are looking for a competent candidate with hospitality background to manage our sales aspects of our core Business Units comprise Golf Club, Sports Club and pre-opening of the hotel.
This senior position reports to the Executive General Manager and is a member of the Executive Committee.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Functions & manages as the leader of the sales department for our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel).
2. Manages the development of a strategic sales plan in the market
3. Manages our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel) reactive and proactive sales efforts.
4. Develops and manages the sales budget to enable development of our core Business Units with specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and objectives.
5. Develops and implement strategies that deliver product and services to meet the expectations of the target.
6. Develops strong partnerships, community and public relations to further increase brand / product awareness.
7. Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
8. Sets goals and expectations for direct reports.
9. Develops, trains and mentors sales team; utilizes all available on the job training tools for team.
10. Leads and manages the sales team effectively and efficiently.
11. Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for the business.
12. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Working Experience in Senior Management level at least 5 years and a successful track record as Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales /Senior or Head of Sales in a leading hotel, upscale hotel environment is preferred.
2. Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3. Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
4. Strong leadership and people skills.
5. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
6. Fluent in English (speaking , writing and reading) with good interpersonal skills
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Computer literate: Microsoft Office – Word / Excel, PowerPoint.
