หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- To establish and develop long term commercial relationships with the sector, ascertain customers strategy, requirements and timescales ensuring Solectric Asia can tailor solutions and execute quickly.
- Be a key contributing figure in the development of the zone in line with the company strategy and objectives, optimising and growing sales revenue.
- Daily account management and business development tasks and requirements applicable to the development of the verticals.
- Perform sales presentations and on-site demonstrations throughout the zone.
- Educate and support sales with expert knowledge on products and their applications and workflows.
- Participate and drive local trade marketing strategies, trade-shows, training events or other related events as requested and required
- Provide a high standard of market / channel planning, forecasting, feedback and reporting. Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Search, participate and submit in bid and tender processes.
- Meet all sales target performance indicators
- Create and maintain Customer Intelligence & Market Intelligence databases.
- Champion and support business and process re-engineering.
- Assist in other activities across the business where required.
- Be a positive, motivated Solectric Asia advocate at all times.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male or Female age between 30-40 years / Bachelor's Degree or High
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in a comparable industry or with comparable products
- Communication (written & verbal) skills in Thai & English are mandatory
- Ability to deal at all levels from the general public, drone pilots to senior management in Government or corporate clients.
- Experience working for an international profile company will be useful
- Experience in a start-up entrepreneurial environment will be useful
- Experience in a start-up entrepreneurial environment will be useful
- Flexible attitude and must have effective time management skills, be autonomous and a self-starter, with energy
- Professional sales, marketing and or business qualification, although not essential will be highly regarded
- Proven track record of business development in the professional drone solutions sector, products, competitors and business
