Job Description :-



 

• Manages and ensures stock level and direct & indirect customer service in all service areas in order to maximize sales.


• Manages and executes recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for sales advisors and the store management team.


• Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.


• Maximises profitability through plans, budgets and cost follow-up.


• Ensure that safety, security and administration procedures are followed.

Less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager role.



Qualifications :-

• At least 3 years of working experienced in the related field.


• Experience in fashion.


• Must be able to handle pressure and meet timelines.


• Service Mind, Have a leadership skill
