หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Service consultant ensure that a customer's needs are being fulfilled. Service consultant bring effciency to the relationship between a customer and the business. Working as a liaison for the business, an effective service consultant bring competence to a customer's experience by coordinating the transaction.
-Assist Service department manager in maintaining a smooth running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
-Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders
-Become familiar and efcient with all phases of the computer system required for service and parts management
