หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Review and release batch manufacturing records, batch packing records and QC results of company's products.
- Prepare, review and summarize documents of quality management system and follow-up theirs status to ensure that all activities comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinate with responsible team to implement quality management system to ensure that all incidents are effective and efficiency managed.
- Cooperate and review the risk assessments related to quality and safety of products.
- Review and evaluate environment monitoring report.
- Prepare data for annual product quality review.
- Assist and co-ordinate with relavant department to perform the evaluation and investigation according to Material Approval.
- Execute according to procedures of Complaint, Recall and Returned Products i.e. co-ordinate, co-investigate.
- Performing according to the work flow of quality assurance system.
- Cooperates that internal audits and external audits are performed according to a difined plan.
- Assist and co-ordinate with relavant department to perform the validation and qualification activities.
- Other works as assigned

- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
- At least 0 - 2 year experience working in Pharmaceutical industry
- English literacy and communication
- Good command in Ms Office and computer skills
