The company was founded on January 1, 2003 by a leading IT Organization with diverse experience within the software industry . As a result, gosoft has managed to become one of the global leaders in providing the know-how and the relevant technologies in the areas of hardware, software, software solutions, information services (information system), in-house application development, system integration, networking, and security systems. In addition, the company also has a Data and Contact Center to provide direct services to our customers. The Data Center is a high Level Tier IV facility that has a backup system at various risk point. This is to ensure the safety and the stability of the data. The Data Center is located outside of the business areas. Help Desk, Customer Relations Management (CRM), call dispatching and others services are provided 24/7, to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction, and to match the rate of business growth.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description:
- Application support for user.
- Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to Business Applications.
- Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively.
- Monitoring and Handle Incident Ticket operation.
- Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed.
- Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data.
- Summarize and Reporting incident or issues following the schedule time.
- Conduct User Training session.
- Develop User Guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related fields.
- Required Application Support Experience 1-4 years able to work under pressures.
- Basic Knowledge in MSSQL databases and able to use query syntax and coding.
- Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Service Mind.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft platform and Microsoft Office program.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
