หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Coordinate import & export including sea fright booking, land transportation and dealing with the relevant documents and authorities
- Be responsible in documents related to import and export and any related tasks
- Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to ensure the completeness of the document submission process
- Coordinate with shipping/cargo functions
- Manage to deliver the tasks related P/O, Invoice, Packing lists and other related tasks
- Other related tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Thai nationality, female/male, age 28-35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or Supply Chain and/or Logistics/TIFFA field. will be given special consideration
- More than 3 years working experience in import/export in any industry.
- Have a good understanding of both internal and external import/export processes.
- Possess a positive work attitude, focus on results and details, work well as a team, have strong operational and communication skills, and can work under pressure.
- Able to use MS Windows, MS Excel etc. will be an advantage.
- Can speak and write English well
- If you can speak Chinese, special consideration will be given.
