หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

· Make reservations for guests and answering emails, fax, calls.
· Responsible for guest check in and check out.
· Service guest in the hostel and manage overall happiness.
· Provide information to guests (i.e. travel tips, directions, bus/train/flight routes).

• Male or Female age not over 40 years. (Thai Nationality only)
• At least a Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years in hostel/hotel industry.
•Understand the concept of the hostel and like to make friends with foreigners
• Energetic, fun and helpful. Willing to go extra miles in helping people
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Good Interpersonal skill and computer literacy.
• Self Motivated, Honest, fast learning and high responsibility.
